Lastovo Excursion
After visiting one of Croatia’s most distant islands, looking like its laying on the edge of the sea, number 46 will forever remain a number to remember. Why? Because, with its 46 surrounding islands, 46 chapels and churches and 46 vineyards, it still looks like its been inhabited only for a few years. Main reason is because this island was off limits to tourists until two decades ago. Beauty of unspoiled nature of the island will definitely
leave you speechless. Excursion to Lastovo Island starts in the morning, and your skipper will explain in detail where are you going and what can you do on the island. See one of the most beautiful bays on the island, Zaklopatica, with family run restaurants, perfect place to stop for a lunch. We will continue our journey towards the Pasadur place, small village which is also a connection point between Lastovo and its biggest neighboring island Prežba.
Explore old military tunnels used to hide war ships and submarines as we go inside with our boat, and be amazed with stunning lighthouse Struga as we pass by underneath it on our way to one of the most iconic bays in southern part of Dalmatia, Skrivena Luka. As its name suggests ( Hidden Port), hidden in plain sight, impossible to see to untrained eye, it will amaze you with its majestic beauty as we go deeper inside. Take a swim or just
lay down on the beach, try local cousine in one of its famous restaurants or just take a walk and explore the island by yourself.
On the way back we will make a stop at magical Sapluni, island with only sandy beach around Lastovo, perfect to snorkle around.
